Start Date: Monday, September 9, 2024
End Date: Friday, May 30, 2025
Time: 3:15pm until 6:00pm on full days;
12:15pm until 4:00pm on half days

SCHEDULE
The program will begin on Monday, September 9, 2024.
The program will end on Friday, May 30, 2024
Full Day School Hours: 3:15pm-6:00pm sharp
Half Day School Hours: 12:15pm-4:00pm sharp
If school is closed for a holiday, full-day inservice, conferences or weather-related closures, the Climb program will also be closed.

LOCATIONS
Location for grades 1-3: Stony Creek Elementary School
Location for grades 4-6: Kerry C. Hoffman Intermediate School

ATTENDANCE
Student attendance is a requirement of the Climb Enrichment Program’s grant requirements.
If your child(ren) is absent from school, Climb staff will be notified by your child’s school. If your child is present at school, but will be absent from the program, please email climb@antietamsd.org to notify Climb staff of the absence.

PICKUP PROCEDURES
Students will only be released at pickup by persons listed as “Authorized Pickup Persons”
Photo ID must be presented daily
Pickup time is at 6:00pm sharp on full school days. If a student is not picked up by 6:30pm, Central Berks Police will be notified and students can be picked up from Central Berks Police Station.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:
To enroll your child in the Climb Afterschool Program, please complete the google form under the "Register for Climb" dropdown menu on the Antietam website at antietamsd.org. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
