Information on our CLIMB Program

 

Climb is an enrichment program offered through the 21st CCCL Grant and is free to participants as long as grant funding remains available.


The program will begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
The program will end on Thursday, May 28, 2026
Full Day School Hours: 3:00pm-6:00pm sharp
If school is closed for a holiday, full-day inservice, conferences, or weather-related closures, the Climb program will also be closed.
The Climb program will be closed on all early dismissal days for this school year.


Attendance
Student attendance is a requirement of the Climb Enrichment Program’s grant requirements.
If your child(ren) is absent from school, Climb staff will be notified by your child’s school. If your child is present at school, but will be absent from the program, please email dhoffa@antietamsd.org to notify Climb staff of the absence.


In the event of an emergency
The student’s primary contact will be notified first. If unable to reach the student’s primary contact, the secondary contact will be notified.

Pickup Procedures
Students will only be released at pickup by persons listed as “Authorized Pickup Persons”
Photo ID must be presented daily
Pickup time is at 6:00pm sharp on full school days. If a student is not picked up by 6:30pm, Central Berks Police will be notified and students can be picked up from Central Berks Police Station.


ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:

To enroll your child in the Climb Afterschool Program, please complete the google form under the "Register for Climb" link (see below). Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

 

In accordance with Federal law and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin (including English proficiency), limited religion, sex, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA. Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language) should contact the responsible State or local Agency that administers the program or contact USDA through the Telecommunications Relay Service at 711 (voice and TTY). To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by: mail: U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights 1400 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; or email: program.intake@usda.gov

 

De acuerdo con la ley federal y las reglamentaciones y políticas de derechos civiles del Departamento de Agricultura de los EE. UU.
